Rob Tokanel is a documentary filmmaker and all-formats video producer currently working as Senior Digital Video Producer at GBH News in Boston, where his work has earned six New England Emmy Awards, two regional Edward R. Murrow Awards, and a national GLAAD Media Award nomination. His previous experience ranges from augmented reality to social-first news to interactive live streaming.
He is a graduate of Columbia Journalism School and a former Pulitzer Center Reporting Fellow and Brown Institute for Media Innovation Grantee.
